How to do it
Score each account and contact against defined signal tiers, not an arbitrary number. An agent layer can read the signals and decide whether an account is worth chasing.

Deterministic vs agent
Sumble solves a lot of this deterministically through clean data, so you may get similar results without the agent layer. Test both before committing to the heavier build.
