Cole Gottdank. I do growth and GTM engineering at Mintlify, work on Helicone, and build side projects. I started this wiki to document work that ran somewhere. Some pages are mine. Others come from the people who did the work.

Every page opens with the same ledger: where it ran, since when, what it produced, who built it, when it last changed. The ledger is the point. A page with nothing in its ledger has not run anywhere yet, and says so.

Reading the index

A linked page ran somewhere. The citation says where and since when. Retired means it is out of use but kept for the record. Work in progress appears on a quiet next: line and stays unlinked.

Topics

Seven topics, ordered by the stage you are working on: accounts, acquire, activate, convert, retain, price, systems.

Systems is the exception. It holds the machinery that more than one stage leans on.
